From the beach the house separates only the promenade.   SHS16: Apartment 16 This bright, modern furnished 3-room apartment with sea views has a spacious 93 m2 living space and is located in the 2nd. Floor of the house. An approximately 14 m2 large furnished south-east balcony invites you to linger and relax and offers an unobstructed view of the vastness of the Baltic Sea. In modern equipped, light-flooded living room high quality and exclusivity are at the forefront. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A flat screen television, a stereo with radio, Bluetooth interface and USB port as well as a free wireless connection available. The harmoniously integrated into the living room kitchen has modern fitted units and is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and extractor outward.
