Cozy quiet room close to CPH center

Room with 1 double bed, TV, Wi-Fi. Working desk with a very comfortable ergonomic office chair and wireless laser color printer facilities upon request, making it suitable for business travellers. Kitchen with all facilities and bathroom to share. 5 min walk to s-train and busses. (20 min to CPH center). Quiet spacial green area with shopping facilities nearby. Suitable for business people. As a frequent traveller myself, I know the importance and comfort of receiving tips and tricks about the place I've arrived to in order to save valuable time, and instead spent it on things I find more important. Therefore I'm there to pass on, whatever information required. I also leave information on bus&train routes and a Copenhagen visitor guide.
