Cozy flat with garden next to the countryside

The guests awaits a beautiful, renovated flat on the 1st floor of a small single-family house with a view onto the countryside. The flat is centrally located, it is easily accessible by public transport and by car. A free parking space is available in front of the house. The picturesque old town of Murten is only a 10-minute walk away. If you prefer to walk in the countryside, you can visit the hill of the Battle of Murten from here, the walking path starts right behind the house. The cozy bedroom has a practical working area, the small living room under the sloping roof invites you to linger. There is a table where you can enjoy a snack, and you find everything you need for a cup of tea or a small coffee break in between. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen, but basic equipement is provided (cutlery, coffee, tea, oil...), and the old town with its many good restaurants is only a stone's throw away from the house. A PRIVATE BATHROOM with toilet and shower is also available, and the washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. The flat is ideal for two people, on request the sofa bed and an extra mattress are also offered for a small extra charge, so that up to five people can be accommodated. Generally, check-in times are between 5pm and 9pm. For different arrival times, please contact the owner in advance. Highly recommended is a visit to the beautiful old town of Murten, a walk along the lakeshore is also a must-do. For those who like a bit of exercise, there is a Vita Parcours in Meyriez and Muntelier, two towns adjacent to Murten. The Helsana Trail nearby is a great place to go jogging or just for a leisurely stroll. A personal tip is the castle of Münchenwiler, whose restaurant invites you to enjoy and linger. The flat is very easy to reach, if you are travelling by public transport, it takes 7 minutes to walk from Murten train station, the next motorway exit is a 4-minute drive away. The centre of Murten is a 10-minute walk away, where you will find a Coop, among other shopping facilities. In order to limit electromagnetic waves, there is no Wi-Fi in the flat.
