Sunset Deck is nestled in a quiet location, surrounded by other permanent residents. It is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO LEAVERS or PARTIES etc. NO PETS. UPSTAIRS: Kitchen, Dining, Sitting/TV Zone, Bedroom #1 (Queen) + Ensuite (shower & toilet - no bath tub) - with ocean views from every corner of the upper level. Step out onto the 25m2 upper deck and straight into the beautiful view. DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom #2 (Queen), Bedroom #3 (2 Singles), Sitting/TV Zone, Bathroom (shower & toilet - no bath tub), Laundry. OUTSIDE: The generous sized rear courtyard on the east and south side of the property includes a BBQ in the undercover area and a full-size washing line. There is parking at front (2 vehicles max) and more at rear (1 vehicles max, including access and parking for a trailer, or small boat or jetski etc). HOUSE RULES: * No children under age of 12 years please (safety and lack of provisions) * No pets * No parking on Astroturf * No street parking (local council regulations) * No loud music etc after 10pm and before 8:00am (local council regulations) * No extra guests - maximum 6 * No LEAVERS, BUCKS, HENS etc
