Basement apartment with free parking near the city

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. The tram station and supermarket is around the corner of the house and the beautiful park Slottskogen is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Perfect for familys, travelers or just happy people. Welcome! You got free parking outside the house and your own entrance. The kitchen and bathroom was renovated oct 2018 in good standard. The bedroom/living room was renovated in 1935 with a really unique touch. We provide clean sheets and towels but you make your own bed. Feel free to use our lovely garden. You might meet our two outdoor cats, Nemo and Doris, they are very friendly. We live in the house above but you will have totally privacy in the cellar flat. We might use the washmashine or dryer while you stay with us. The backyard is free to use but we might use it as well. We will be your host-connection which means that we will do my best to help you feel at home during your stay, please feel free to ask us questions if you would have any queries during your stay. We will do our best to meet up to hand over the key and show you around the apartment, but if I am unable or out of town we will arrange it for you. Let me know if you are running late or if something would happen. We speak Swedish, English and some German. you can use our bikes, take the tram around the corner or walk. Feel free to lend our bikes or skateboards.
