Lake view private studio 10 mins walk to train

Our newly renovated studio with lake view has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The studio is great for couple and family, sleeps up to 3. Free parking is available next the studio. It's 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants, 2 mins walk to the bus, 10 mins walk to Richterswil train. Richterswil is 27 mins train/ 25km from Zürich HB. Our house has a good location with easy access to transportation and shops. It has a nice view to the lake and very quiet around the area. The studio is newly furnished, it has a private bathroom, kitchen and toliet. Cookware and fridge are available in the kitchen. There's a dinning table for enjoying a nice meal. For longer term stay, washing machine and laundry can be arranged. We are a young, multicultural and open minded couple. We are friendly and willing to help at any time as much as we can. We can communicate in English, German, Swiss German, Cantonese or Mandarin Declared as a protected site, it is famous for its charming landscape with its green hills and idyllic little lakes, marshes and ponds. You can enjoy a relaxing stay with activities from hiking, mountain bike trails, swimming, a range of water sports to taking a cruise on the boats of Lake Zurich. Lovers of art and culture can make their way to Einsiedeln, an important place of pilgrimage with an impressive Benedictine monastery. Train to / from Zurich HB (Duration 27mins): Take suburban railway (S-Bahn) No. 2 or 8 from Zurich to Richterswil (every 30 minutes). From the house: - Walk to/from Richterswil train station - 10 mins - Bus to Richterswil train station - walk 2 mins to the bus stop. Take bus 170, ride three stops. From Richterswil train station to our house: -Take Bus 170, ride 3 stops to Bächlistrasse. No shoes and no smoking in the house. The studio is great for couple and family, sleeps up to 3. A king size bed for the price for 1 or 2 guests stay, an additional single bed for the price of 3 guests stay. (The room is charge per guest, free under the age of 3).
