Located just 5 minutes from Strasbourg, this house will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends, and relax while visiting our beautiful region. Its main assets are: • A large capacity of 15 people, • A totally private SPA area accessible 24 hours a day, with a 5-seater Jacuzzi heated to 38 °, infrared sauna for 5 people and video projector with Netflix (package of 50 € for the entire stay), • A garden with a pétanque court and a 35m² terrace including a sofa, garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue, • A very large American kitchen with a living room of more than 70m². • A high-end Sulpice brand table football in the living room, • A beautiful ping-pong table, • Consistent and quality equipment. The fully equipped kitchen includes: • Four induction hobs, • A large American fridge with ice cube production • A freezer, • A microwave oven, • An oven, • A dishwasher, • All thecrockery needed for 15 people (glasses, plates, pots, etc.) • A raclette and a stone grill, • Four coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and filters), • Kettle. The five bedrooms, including 1 mezzanine, have recently renewed bedding for optimal sleep. The composition of the beds is as follows: • 6 double beds, • 3 single beds, • 2 sofa beds. Rental conditions: • Minimum 2 nights (with exceptions, contact us, but never on weekends). • Animals in supplement, 30 € per animal. • Being located in a peaceful location, parties and parties are prohibited. Remember to bring towels and bathrobes for the jacuzzi as well as coffee pods.
