This is a self contained boutique style holiday cottage set in a quiet countryside setting, with modern, fashionable & stylish interior yet still retaining some original features. We represent excellent value for money and set our bar very high in what we want our guests to experience. The inside space consists of three large rooms (bedroom, kitchen and family room) plus WC and the outside space has the relaxing large hot tub on the patio with beautiful views across the Welsh countryside This is a light and airy spacious cottage with one bedroom with a large Kingsize bed, one large kitchen and dining area, WC and shower plus a spacious family room with a luxurious and comfortable Kingsize bed plus double sofa bed Guests have full use of the cottage, private garden/patio with hot tub and fantastic views of the Welsh countryside and have parking facilities in the courtyard directly outside the cottage Guests can access the whole property and have this bungalow all to themselves We will meet and greet all guests or the key will be left in a key safe should we not be available. We are available by phone 24/7 for any issues and aim to resolve them swiftly The cottage is close to the small village of Rhuddlan which is just over 1 mile away with the small city of St Asaph being a little further around 3 miles away. The main towns of Rhyl & Prestatyn are around 3 miles and 6 miles respectively Own transport is required as this is a rural property and has no access to public transport links. The village of Rhuddlan is a 5min drive as is the City of St Asaph with the beaches and towns of Rhyl & Prestatyn a 10mins drive. To venture further afield Colwyn Bay & Llandudno are around 20mins drive with the Snowdonia mountain range plus Surf Snowdonia, Zip World, Bounce Below & Greenwood Forest Park 30-40mins drive. Unfortunately in this cottage we do not accommodate dogs or pets although we do have a similar property across the courtyard or a smaller cottage which do accommodate up to 2 small dogs. We do cater specifically for couples and families and offer a relaxed, quiet and peaceful surrounding We do not accept group bookings such as birthday parties, hen nights, stag nights, girls/lads weekends away etc so please contact us if you are unsure We ask that the cottage is left as it is found and where possible things such as bins emptied, washing up done, dried and put away before departure to enable us to have a swift turnaround for all guests
