Cozy ground floor Apartment close to Vienna. You will have your own private entrance and the whole ground floor. (i am living in the first floor with my dog) The garden is shared. Outside of the property is enough parking space. Location 🏰Schloss Schönbrunn --> about 25 min by car ⛪St. Stephans Cathedral --> about 45 min by car 🌳🌞Trail --> about 5 min Public transport 🚌🚅 25 min -> with the Bus to the Train Station ("Liesing Bahnhof") Food 🥑4km -> supermarkets There is a little Kitchen with basic cooking utilities, a french coffee press and a water boiler. The Bathroom has all the basic sanitary articles and 2 towels per Person. In front of the Apartment is a fenced little garden which you can use. The whole ground floor with private entrance,bathroom and little kitchen. You also can use my garden right in front of the apartment. There is a Restaurant 2min walking distance called "Gasthaus Schneider" .They serve amazing typically viennese meals. The Busstation 2 min walking distance but the time table is a little complicated. The station is called "Gasthaus Schneider"
