Designed with open plan kitchen, living and dining, it extends to an alfresco entertaining patio with a large outdoor table. Kids will love playing on the grassy lawn, while an elevated swimming pool makes it easy to cool off during Perth’s summer heat. The living area combined with a separate theatre room and a central gas fireplace creates cosy evenings in, while the sleek stone kitchen comes fully equipped for shared meals at home. It includes a gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster with an island bench for your morning coffee. There are four beautifully presented bedrooms within the home, sleeping up to six guests. The master bedroom comes with a plush queen-sized bed, its own TV and modern ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also benefits from a queen-sized bed and separate TV. Bedrooms three and four each have two comfortable single beds, topped with hotel quality linens for a good night’s sleep. Within the immaculate main bathroom, there is a bathtub, shower, toilet and large mirrored vanity. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer for their holiday use. The property comes with secure parking for two cars. From Rivervale, the Crown Casino is just a short drive away, home to some of the city’s best restaurants and chefs such as Bistro Guillaume, Nobu and Rockpool Bar & Grill. Visit Perth Zoo, Optus Stadium and Kings Park and Botanic Garden and eat your way through the foodie hotspot of Albany Highway in nearby Victoria Park.
