In particular, the living room has been designed to be both a kitchen but also a relaxation area due to the presence of a sofa bed. The apartment has a living room / kitchen (where there is a sofa bed that can be used for the fifth and sixth person). In the livining room there is the entrance door and as well a spacious French door. Two bedrooms: one with a Queen size bed ( 160cm x 200cm) and a room with large bunk beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a spacious French door that allows the rooms to have a lot of light available as well as the access to the garden more easily. The apartment is located in Marina di Pulsano, one of the most beautiful villages in the province of Taranto. The apartment is located 40 meters from the road that connects all the coast of North-Western Salento, which in Pulsano begins to have the name of Litoranea Salentina. Specifically, the area is called Lido Silvana and takes its name from the famous sandy beach. Near the Eden Park (about 500 meters away) is the bus stop connecting the Pulsano Marina with the city of Taranto. The route lasts about 30 minutes. The house is located 90 meters from the sea in an area in full contact with nature. The area on which the villa is located is subject to the hydrogeological permitt and to the landscape permit. In addition to the proximity to the sea, you can easily reach on foot also the fabulous Bosco Caggioni as well as the very famous Promontory of Torre Castelluccia.
