Newly renovated 3 bedroom, one bathroom home just streets away from beautiful Quinn’s Beach. Secure home in a quiet neighbourhood, comfortably sleeps 6 people. Large master bedroom includes queen bed and access to semi en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has double bed and built in robe while the third bedroom has double bunk bed with single bed above and a built in robe. The house also includes fully equipped kitchen and laundry with both washing and drying facilities and a seperate toilet. Bathroom has a shower over the bath and a single vanity. Outdoor area has plenty of seating for balmy summer evenings with gas bbq available upon request. (We ask that you please leave bbq clean upon departure). Fully fenced front yard for the kids to play, plenty of parking. We will give you space to enjoy your trip with your friends and family but are only a call, text or email away. Plenty of parking at the property, close to buses and an 8 minute drive to the train station to get to the CBD.
