Seven Hills, Inner City Brisbane

Seven Hills is a modern self-contained studio apartment on the ground level of our family home that sits on top of a hill overlooking the inner suburbs of Brisbane City. The guest suite contains a separate living room including a kitchenette, main bedroom with a Queen Bed, a second bedroom with a King Single, a Queen blow up mattress is available, both bedrooms share a bathroom with large shower. Enjoy your own private balcony for relaxing and taking in the city sights. Conveniently 7kms to CBD. The Studio is modern, clean, light and bright. The main bedroom is a fairly large size with a walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom is small only fitting one KS Bed. There is air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area which can also serve to cool the main bedroom. There are fans provided, but no AC in the bedrooms. Block out curtains and blinds in all rooms to keep out heat and light during the summer months. It is a perfect space for Couples, Groups of 2-3 Adults and families of 3 or 4 if the kids are younger. Bus stop for buses to main shopping centre and city is a 5 minute walk, however they don't run regularly on weekends, it would be a $20 Uber ride to the city, there is ample street parking in front of the house and along the street. Feel free to ask any questions, or if you require anything in your studio apartment whilst you are staying with us, we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Lovely inner city neighbourhood, park, cafes, restaurants, bus stop, train lines and petrol station only a short 5 minute walk. Bus only 5mins walk to city or major shopping centre. $15-$20 Uber to city and Southbank precinct, street parking available. We are also a 15 min drive from Brisbane airport (domestic and international). Fabulous coffee down the road, and highly recommend the Thai restaurant for dinner - both only a 5 minute walk from your studio apartment....winning :) Pod Coffee machine is supplied in your apartment for your use if you want to relax on your deck in the mornings with a cuppa.
