Whole property, garage for storing wetsuits & beach equipment ie canoes but not for parking, garden which is located a short stroll from cottage Owners live in Cornwall, but not on site Porthscatho is a delightful seaside village with a well stocked general store, a butcher, two friendly pubs, a restaurant and art galleries. Overlooking Porthcurnick Beach a 20 min walk from the cottage is the famous Hidden Hut cafe/restaurant enjoy amazing food overlooking the (website hidden) Mawes is a 10 min drive away another beautiful harbour with fantastic restaurants. Take a walk from the cottage for 1 1/2hrs to Place catch the Fal River Ferry over to St Mawes have lunch on the terrace of the Idle Rocks Hotel or Tresanton Hotel then catch the bus from St Mawes back to Gerrans. NB see (website hidden) for mths/times of operation. The area is a paradise for the walker, birdwatcher and wildlife enthusiast. Wonderful walks in every direction from riverside along the Percuil River to beach combing and coastal walks along the SW coastal footpaths. National Trains to Truro Planes to Newquay Airport Buses from Truro to Gerrans Ferries from Truro to St Mawes etc The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out full size single bed beneath. This bedroom would suit one adult/teenage or 2 smaller children. We supply bedding, but not bath towels or beach towels The bathroom is downstairs. There is a woodburner but unguarded therefore this may not be suitable for certain children. Parking outside of cottage from 1st Oct to 31st May outside of this time you can park outside to unload and then park in free car park short stroll from cottage. Garage can be used for storing beach stuff and drying wetsuits also for bikes/canoes etc The house has super fast broadband and there is a phone which can be used for emergency numbers and for incoming calls. The house has been fitted with integrated fire alarms and Carbon monoxide detector. The cottage has a Krupps nespresso coffee machine, a BBQ, buckets/spades/fishing nets/wind-break
