100qm comfort, family-friendly and top located

Our 100 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of our family house in a quiet but publicly accessible suburb of Vienna. The station to the local train is 5 minutes walking distance away where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House. Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located. The accommodation has two large bedrooms with double beds and a small room with 2 beds. In the living room there is a fireplace and a large couch corner with a pull-out double bed (160x200). The bathroom and toilet are separate. The whole apartment and the kitchen were newly furnished. In the kitchen you have an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes. A washing machine and a steam iron are also available. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Parking in the street is free of charge. I usually welcome my guests personally and give some information about the local conditions. Since my parents live on the upper floor, they would be reachable in case of emergency. They can also reach me by phone for inquiries during their stay. We have two beautiful natural bathing lakes, the "Ocean" and the Windradl pond in 9 minutes walking distance where you can swim in summer. For hikers, the Eichkogel nature reserve with its vineyards is just opposite the village. You can buy food from the several supermarket chains in the village. Shopping fans will not be disappointed - Austria's largest shopping centre, the "Shopping City Süd (SCS)", can be reached in a short time by car or by public transport with the local train. The public transportation "Wiener Lokalbahnen" gets you very well to Vienna as also to Baden. The station is 5 minutes walk away and takes you to Vienna "Bahnhof Meidling" in 20 minutes. There you can either change to a train (Airport) or subway (U6). If you want to go directly to the vienna city center just stay seated. If you take the other direction you are in 20 minutes in "Baden bei Wien" where you can visit the historical sights and the Roman thermal bath. By car you can reach us via the A2 highway, exit Wr. Neudorf and via "Triester Straße" B17. From Vienna Airport to your accommodation it takes only 55 minutes by train and the local train.
