The Game Keepers is the self contained lower part of the Farm House set in 3 acres, with its own outdoor seating area and private entrances with access to the the properties communal green spaces. Located down a quiet lane in an area of outstanding natural beauty, only 4 miles from Liskeard and 2 miles from the A38 to enable easy access to the coastal towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey and all the beautiful places to explore in Cornwall. We have a second property on site Stonie Broke Barn Easy access to the A38 for all Cornwall and only 30 mins drive to Plymouth over the Tamar bridge and on to the other gems in Devon. Kitchen is fully equipped inc. oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles. There is a modern shower room. The lounge/diner has ample seating, table and chairs and TV. A travel cot, highchair, ironing board and iron are also available if required. The property benefits from superfast broadband, ample parking, and a welcome package is provided including tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. The patio seating area is perfect for alfresco dining , morning coffee or afternoon tea. The property has very little light pollution so stargazing is superb. We live on site and available to help if needed Quiet rural location surrounded by farms and fields . We are down a quiet country lane in a small hamlet. The local village including shop and pub is a 5 min minute drive away and large town with plenty of amenities within 8-10 min drive.
