3 Storey luxury panoramic view villa (Kassandra)

A luxury olive tree house, built exclusively with stone and timber, located in a paradise spot, where the mountainous terrain and the sea perfectly combine in a majestic scenery surrounded by pine- trees. The architecture of the house is unique and the property has easy access to the mainroad and is 5 minutes walking from the centre of the pretty village of Kriopigi. It is less than a five minute drive to local gold sanded beach and the sea (1400 m distance from the sea). Only dogs are allowed A lovely private three storey villa featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lovely unobstructed view to the nearby beach of Kriopigi in Chalkidiki, easy access to all the famous beaches of the area and Chalkidiki peninsulas. Our home is fully equipped with modern amenities and all essentials. Our place can accommodate at least three large families or groups of friends. • Kitchen 2 cozy kitchens fully and properly equipped for preparing your own meals. It features kitchens and oven, kettle and toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffe maker machine and other large and small appliances. 3 large dining tables for all guests. • Living Room A large living room featuring a cozy sofa, flat tv, indoor fireplace, large windows and direct access to the lawn paved outdoor spaces where you will find furniture for enjoying your siestas and dinners. • Bedrooms There are three fully equipped bedrooms in our house. Bedroom 1 consists of a queen sized bed and a loft. Bedrooms 2 & 3 of a queen sized bed. Two of our bedrooms offer views to the nearby beach and the third to the forest. Bedroom 4 is on the basement which has a seperate entrance from the rest of the house. There are also 2 sofas-beds. All bedrooms have their own closets and storage space for your luggage. On the living room there are two large sofa where two more people can comfortably sleep. Don't worry about bringing your own hair dryer and iron. Our home is equipped with these basic electrical appliances for your convenience. • Bathrooms Two bathrooms are in our house so you don't have to rush during the mornings. After all, vacations should be worry free and this small detail of extra spaces does help a lot. One bathroom features bath and the other shower. We also have a washing machine for you which you can use for free for the duration of your stay. • Outdoors We have a large open private space garden for May, June, September and October and shared with the visitors of the basement for the months of July and August and lawn paved outdoor spaces. Outdoor furniture are found in that area for your group to relax and enjoy the nature of Chalkidiki at its best. Access to the basement will be given if guests exceed 8 persons (from the 9th person and on). I will be available for any help during your stay. There are two wonderful beaches in 800m and 1.5 km respectively from the villa and you can have access to them either by car or on foot. The villa is 5 minutes walking from the center of the village. There is a bus station connecting the village to the rest of the peninsula and Thessaloniki less than 50m away from the house. The garden remains a private space for the visitors. A maximum number of 2 dogs per booking are allowed in the property. Cats are not allowed.
