Summary: Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly built, personally designed two bedroom holiday house. Relax in a peaceful setting, take a walk along the water, read books in the hammock, enjoy the sound of birds and just switch off from your busy lifestyle. Or chill out in front of the TV, watching movies on DVD or Netflix. The Space: Enjoy everything this new property has to offer. The whole property and the surrounding garden is for your exclusive use. Enjoy! Guest Access: During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! The Neighborhood: The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford Harbour ('Brisbane Water' on the map). We are a 3 minute walk from the water. The street is a cul-de-sac, where you will wake up to the sound of birds. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about a 15 min drive away. All the basic amenities are close by - Aldi, bottle shop, Thai food, cafe is 2 min drive. Coles and a small shopping centre is less than 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away. Getting Around: Point Clare train station is 900m away from the house. Free on street parking is available. It is a cul-de-sac street and you will have parking spots available at all times. Other Things to Note: Please read and respect the house rules.
