Island Magic Private Villa - Vanuatu

Our villa is situated 10 minutes from Port Vila Airport and 15 minutes from Port Vila itself. The villa is one of 17 similar villas on 4 acres of lush landscape. Fully self contained, you can choose to eat in or go out. Transport is arranged with local Bus drivers to get you around. The site has onsite managers who can assist with any questions. Golf, horse riding, snorkelling, water slide, zorbing, fishing and many other activities are all close by. Our villa is only 2.5 hrs from Brisbane or 3.5 hrs from Sydney. It is a magical place with friendly people in a culture that is typical of Pacific Island countries. Vanuatu operates under British law but has a strong French influence. The country relies on foreign aid to a large degree. The road network is good in parts and all basic amenities are in place. Power is 240vt. On the way from the airport, you will travel on a dirt road to reach the property. It is a scenic drive and an experience in itself. Once you have checked in, you can relax and unwind The whole villa is yours to use and enjoy. We do have a loft that is locked and not accessible. We are happy to help with any questions and will offer advice on restaurants and things to do We have on site managers who can assist with any day to day enquiries The best part of our place is that you are not in a crowded resort, there is generally a good breeze blowing during the day and you can choose to do a number of activities which we can expand on if you ask or you can choose to do absolutely nothing Arrival at the airport, you can catch a taxi to the resort (expensive), or we can arrange a bus pickup to take you the villa. Car hire is available if you so choose. We generally rely on the local bus service which is inexpensive and always an adventure Snorkelling is excellent off the jetty that is for guests only. Best to go before 7am as we do get the south east trade winds at times during the year. For those that do not want to snorkel, you can sit on the jetty and feed the fish.
