This 1800’s recently modernised Fisherman’s cottage is situated a couple of minutes walk from Nairn Beach and a five minute walk from the town, sleeps five in two bedrooms. Located in Fishertown. The 2 storey cottage sleeps 5 in two bedrooms. Consisting of one King size bedroom and a double bedroom with a daybed. Also a shower room. The cottage has a large kitchen, dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a separate office space off the living room. Outside there is a large private garden with a parking space. Riley’s cottage is an ideal base after a day at the beach or sightseeing the moray coast. Amenities: Gas central heating with log burner. Electric cooker with hob, microwave, large family fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and Nespresso coffee machine. SmartTV with Nowtv and Netflicks. Fuel and power included in rental. Bed linen and towels included. Enclosed private secure garden with garden furniture and swing. Well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shops and restaurants all within walking of the cottage. Plenty of places to eat close by. Beach 2 minutes walk. Wifi available. Complimentary basket of logs on arrival. 2 Adult mountain bikes available for daily hire Town: Nairn is an ancient fishing port and market town. The traditional county town of Nairnshire. Best known as a seaside resort with 2 Golf courses, award winning beaches and 17 miles east of Inverness.
