Astha Homestay located near sainj of District kullu. This property is ideal for nature lovers, back packers, trackers and people who would love to live around traditional people and traditional food. You will have experience of local mountain people lifestyle. A vegetarian Food is available without additional charges. You can prepare food of your choice. To reach at the property you will require to track for arround 20 minutes on mountain. The homestay has shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Our homestay in Sainj Valley is situated in a small village call Upper Neahi — just 5 km from Sainj main market. Deep into the embrace of majestic grey-green mountains and dense deodar forest, this home stay in Himachal is a great option to experience living in a traditional mountain village. We prepare food from our own organic farm. (It’s a very simple and ordinary place and you should not expect any sort of luxury). The homestay has shared kitchen and shared bathroom with common sitting area to have great view of snow capped mountains and forest. We are in the heart of the Upper Neahi — a small village with as many as 120 people on top of mountain. This village has nearly 50 traditional homes. Deep in the valley, our daily mornings start with the musical chirpings of bird families. There is a school with 25 enrolled students, a volleyball court, a baori(that’s where we freeze our beer bottles) and some century-old houses reeking of history and culture. This property is nearby pundrik rishi lake and water fall of great himalayan national park. Our homestay in Sainj Valley is situated in a small village call Upper Neahi — just 5 km from Sainj main market. People travelling from Delhi can take HRTC bus from Kashmiri Gate to kullu but you will require to drop off at Aut, Himachal Pradesh. Take bus or taxi from Aut to Sainj or Devri. I will pick you up from Sainj, Village Devri or Ropa GHNP Complex. A vegetarian Food is available at the property without additional charges. You can prepare food of your choice.
