Cosy cabin for two nestled in the Forest of Dean

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Overlooking the forest, permitting easy access to popular cycle trails, Beechenhurst Lodge & Speech House. The cabin provides the unique charm of a woodland dwelling with a range of modern comforts and amenities. NOTE: We are a dog friendly accomodation although the cabin is not suited to big dogs. "Graymalkin" is a bespoke and modern cabin with high quality insulation, the cabin is a warm and cosy space. High quality double glazed windows overlook the wonderful multi-level garden with forest views. Inside is a kitchenette for a quick breakfast; equipped with a toaster, kettle and a space for preparing a light lunch before you set out for the day. The bathroom is fully tiled with a private toilet, sink and sunken shower cubicle. The main living area is comprised with a comfortable double bed. Relax with the TV and DVD player of an evening or use Alexa to chill to your preferred radio station. There are also a range of board games provided as a fun distraction on wet days as you listen to the gentle pitter patter of the rain on the rooftop. In front of the private garden is a patio area and there are several places for cyclists to discreetly secure their bikes. In addition parking is permitted on the road directly in front of the address. A gated side entrance leads to the cabin (clearly visible from the road). Access instructions available on booking. we will be staying in the main property every fortnight, and so may or may not be present during your visit.
