Tastefully designed and newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor. You are offered a 2-room-apartment with an enclosed, large and fully-equipped eat-in-kitchen and one bathroom (with shower). The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but nevertheless not far from downtown Mainz. Public transportation are close-by. The highway entry (Autobahn) is only a 3-5 min ride away. You are offered a 2-room-apartment with an enclosed, large and fully-equipped eat-in-kitchen and a modern bathroom (with shower). Kids are welcome and we can provide a travel bed for babies and a highchair if agreed on beforehand. There is a twin bed (for one person) in the smaller room and a full bed (1,40m) in the bigger room. There is also a couch/daybed in addition to that. Towels, bedding, dishcloths and kitchen basics like salt and pepper are available – if anything is missing it can probably be found – somewhere - in our household. The apartment is situated in a very popular area of Mainz (Oberstadt/Uptown) in a very quiet dead-end street on the 2nd floor of a semidetached house. A grocery store and bakery are only 200m/650feet away. There is a bus stop nearby (only 200m/650feet). The train station is only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) miles away. From there you can take the S-Bahn/train to: Frankfurt Airport - 25 Min Frankfurt Messe - 45 Min Wiesbaden - 15 Min The Mainz hospitals are only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) miles (KKM/Catholic Clinic Mainz)/ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m/1,3miles (Uniklinik/University Clinic) away. The highway entry (Autobahn) is only a 3-5 min ride away. It only takes you a 20-minute walk to the Old Town of Mainz. In less than 10 minutes you reach the famous Volkspark. Parking is no problem in the neighborhood.
