The very nice apartment on the top floor of a detached apartment house with approx. 85 m² has a 30 m² kitchen, 1 bedroom with and 21 m², 1 bathroom with 5 m² each, 1 balcony with 9.5 m² and a balcony terrace with 20 m². The apartment has a purely southern exposure and offers a wonderful view, it is tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to 2 people. The high-quality interior has individually and handcrafted fine natural wood furniture, doors, windows and pergolas. From the large terraces and the winter garden there is a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The modern kitchen has a large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, high-quality pots and more, as well as a dishwasher and dish towels, hand towels, beach towels, bed linen, etc. are of course available. The apartment has TV reception via Astra-Sat with all German programs. Almost all of our guests are regular guests who, according to their statements, feel at home here. We have personally looked after our holiday apartments and guests on site in Lanzarote since 1993.
