I live here myself and look forward to welcoming guests who would like to share the friendly atmosphere in our community. My interior is quite individual. At the table there is room for many open-minded people. 2 Bikes available @ modest charge upon request (1 normal / 1 e-Bike) 1 double bed 2 each 80 * 200 cm mattresses. Plenty of space The guest bathroom may be shared with guests of another room. Kitchen and living room are shared and available to everyone. The pleasant atmosphere of the housing project and my individual style of furnishing are special. The flat is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchairs. Only a 30-minute walk from the city centre and train station. Bus stop directly in front of the house (line 3) The location is very quiet Only 15 minutes walk to the Tiefurt castle park and Ilm river. Parking on the street in front of the house or parking on our premises.
