'River View on Swan Two' is one of three brand new two bedroom apartments, each with private entrances. The Apartment boasts an expansive covered verandah overlooking the tranquil Hunter River and surrounding Hunter Valley. Large glass onto the deck open from the open plan living, dining and kitchen to create an expansive indoor outdoor living space for you and your guests to enjoy whilst taking in the stunning views. The apartment is above street level, offering piece and quiet. The space offers an open plan living area, opening onto an expansive deck overlooking the river. 1 of street parking space is available in the under building car park. The apartment hosts two bedrooms, both opening onto a front verandah to sit and enjoy offerings of the Morpeth township. Bedroom one (Master King) offers a king sized bed. Bedroom two (King/Twin) can be enjoyed as either a king sized bed or two single sized beds. The space also provides a full sized kitchen. Laundry facilities are also built into the apartment. There is a strict 'No Party' policy and outdoor noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm. Guest Interaction is kept to a minimum. The apartments offer a self-check in service.
