Delightful granite cottage converted from a complex of barns. Nestled a short walk from stunning Mawgan Porth beach and all the village facilities including King Surf, The Merrymoor Inn, Cornish Fresh supermarket and The Park with it's indoor swimming pool. Also ideally located for a trip to Watergate Bay and the beautiful seven bays from Mawgan Porth to Padstow. Communal grounds host a play area with swings, zip line, table tennis and a shower/laundry room. Parking for one car. Dogs Welcome. IMPORTANT: Please note that the first bedroom is an open mezzanine accessed by a steep jacob's/paddle ladder and has a section of flooring that is unprotected by railings. Please also note that the bunk beds are original to the cottage and as vintage items do not have safety rail on the top bunk. Porth Farm Cottages is made up of eight separate dwellings all of which welcome dogs. So even if you do not have a dog there are likely to be dogs around. Parking on site is for one car only. The beach at Mawgan Porth is spectacular and other beaches and landmarks are easily accessible from here eg Watergate Bay, Boobys, Constantine, Bedruthan Steps, Trevose Lighthouse. King Surf School, Disco Beads, The Merrymoor Inn, Catch, Betty's Surf, Married to the Sea, Dragon Pizza and more are a short walk away. Summer bookings need to run MONDAY to MONDAY due to housekeeper availability.
