Villa Valverde is ideal for families and friends who wish to relax as well as explore Eastern Sicily. The villa consists of 3 floors, all modernly furnished. On the ground floor: - a big living room; - a kitchen with dining table; - 2 bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower. On the first floor: - another living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and panoramic terrace; - 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning; - 1 bedroom; - 1 bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On the second - and last floor: - 3 double rooms (one with air-conditioning); - a single room; - 2 bathrooms. Villa Valverde is provided with all comforts: from the wireless Internet to the air-conditioning, to a dishwasher and an outdoor shower. The small garden gives space to a panoramic swimming pool. Undoubtedly this is an excellent base for a cultural and natural exploration of the Eastern Sicily. The stunning baroque towns of Acireale and Catania, the charming Taormina, but also the volcano Etna are all really close. Moreover, thanks to the proximity of the highway (at San Gregorio, 3 km), also the South-East side of Sicily with highlights as Noto and Syracuse can be easily reached. Thanks to the presence of a fireplace, the central heating and to the very sunny climate in Sicily, the villa, indeed, offers a pleasant stay also in winter. You will enjoy every season at Villa Valverde! The private pool is open from April 1st until early November. It measures 4x9 meters and it is 1.50 m. deep.
