Villa Martinique Villa Martinique is a charming 4-bedroom holiday home in central Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from both the Albufeira Old Town and the colourful Marina. With an unbeatable location, private swimming pool and breath-taking sea views, this villa is the perfect holiday home for your getaway with family or friends. Villa Martinique includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The property has 3 levels, as well as a rooftop terrace, from which you can take in the expansive sea and city views. On the second level there’s a bedroom with 2 single beds from which you can awake to the view of the ocean, as well as 2 bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first level (two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed). The ground floor of the property houses the living areas, a guest washroom and a fully equipped kitchen including dishes & utensils, gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The cosy living / dining room allows for family meals and evening get togethers and has direct access to the terrace by the swimming pool where you can enjoy a meal al fresco, cooked on the barbeque while taking in the scenery. Out on the pool terrace you’ll find plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun or lounge in the shade in between dips in the pool. Villa Martinique has an incredibly central location, in a residential neighbourhood in Albufeira. The property is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Intermarché) and has a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés within close proximity. The famous Elevador do Peneco accessing the beach below is just a 6-minute walk away, the Albufeira Old Town is within a 10-minute walk and the Albufeira Strip is just a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
