Beautiful relaxing static home🤗

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE PROVIDED 😊 I have been renting my static home out for 2 years now and everyone that has rented have said it’s a beautiful van fully loaded with everything you need for a relaxing stay so I thought I would let you lovely folks have somewhere nice to stay if your in or around Llwyngwril by listing on Airbnb ... I pride myself on giving what I would expect to receive if I was renting and always like hear how I could make your stay better if possible👍 Hi there my name is Darren and I would like to welcome you to my beautiful static home In Llwyngwril on Sunbeach Holiday Park! I have tried to make sure you have everything you need for a great relaxing stay in my holiday home ..there is a double bed in the master room 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed in the second bedroom and a full double size roll out sofa bed in the living room there are TVs with DVD players in every room plus a fixed Xbox 360 in the second bedroom a fully loaded kitchen with everything you need including microwave and tassimo coffee machine ..I have recently had a brand new 10 litre boiler fitted which gives more pressure for a better shower!😊 as you can see from the pictures there are 2 seating areas 1 situated on the decking with a table and for chairs and another seating area at the back of the van where you can catch the gorgeous morning sunshine with your mug of coffee! You are situated about 6 caravans away from the sea where you can view dolphins and seals occasionally or watch the sun set with a nice glass of wine!🍷Please feel free to message me with any further questions and I will be happy to help There is a laundrette on site (fees apply) I will always be on the other end of the phone to help There is a really great atmosphere among the owners of the caravans and the rentals and are really helpful to new rentals on the site The best advise would be to do a little (Hidden by Airbnb) research if your not familiar with the area...there is a spar shop and coop in Tywyn which is right out of the caravan park and follow signs approx 4 miles there are also some nice restaurant/bars a couple of fish & chip shops, bakery and souvenir shops PLEASE note that in current COVID 19 times these places might be closed or have restrictions..there is also a delivery service to the site with Asda Pwllheli Supermarket ‭ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) again services may be affected during COVID 19 ‬ ALL VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION There is a public WiFi network on the site which you can log in to as a guest but this is not great at peak times so please keep this in mind as this is out of my control I have provided a hair dryer, iron and ironing board YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE YOUR OWN 🔴Duvet Cover 🔴Pillow Cases 🔴Sheets 🔴Towels 🔴Toilet Roll I have provided Duvets & Pillows with protectors Please appreciate that the caravan is my full responsibility and to contact myself with any issues (NOT THE CARAVAN PARK) Also please respect the site rules when aplicable
