Seaside Lovely Stone House

In a very quiet and peaceful area, you'll have a great time here. It is a stone house that has been renovated and equipped with the new furniture and appliances.There is a fireplace for cozy nights, as well as patio to enjoy dinner out in the open. In front of the house is the patio, with the garden table and chairs where you can enjoy romantic meals, with a sea breeze and an astonishing view on the bay and the mountains. Boat tour available upon request. Guests can access the house from the back side, taking steps from the main street through the back yard, or they can enter through the front gate on the sea side. Private beach available in front of the house. We are at our guests' disposal to provide them with all the necessary information and help they may require. We always try to be available to help and support our guests with anything they need. Don't hesitate to ask any questions, as we thrive to give the best experience possible to our guests. There is a sea side road, that is great for night walks. Ljuta, underground river,that flows into the sea is located only 200 meters away. There is a nice restaurant located on the river delta, where you can enjoy great meals with a natural sounds produced by the river flow. There is a small convenience store (mini market) right above the house on the main road. There is a fisher market store about 300 meter away from the house towards the old town, where you can always buy fresh Adriatic fish and seafood. The bus stop is also located right behind the house on the main road next to the mini market. There are numerous taxi services available as well. The parking is provided on both roads ( main and seaside). City of Kotor charges administrative service 1€ per person for a white card (needed when exiting the country) and 0.80€ per person/per night for a city residence tax. Children under 12 years of age don't pay the residence city tax (only 1€ for the white card) , and the resident tax is reduced by 50% for persons 12 to 18 years of age.
