Tavistock is 6 miles north and Plymouth 19 miles to the South. Gunnislake Railway station, a handful of local pubs and shops are within walking distance.The seaside town of Looe is 21 miles away, as well as Bude and Padstow being within an hours drive away. Walking distance to some lovely pubs, National trust Cotehele and lovely river village of Calstock. Walk to railway station to get into Plymouth and enjoy the city without having to drive. 2 parking space at back of property. Parking across the road near school is possible if you have more than 2 cars as parking is quite limited in the residential street. As Cornwall is so popular and extra busy this year, I strongly recommend you consider booking some restaurants should you wish to eat out.
