Suitable for a couple or single.Great place to relax after work, good parking and close to busway. Facilities to cook, even access to BBQ. When I need to work in Brisbane/ Logan its a great place to stay for a couple of months. Minimum 2 nights The space is well suited for short or long term stays. Plenty of storage, easy to clean, open plan. You will have access to the unit and the gym and pool. There is also a restaurant on-site The unit is close to the Springwood Bus Station and within easy walking distance of supermarkets and shopping centres. There are some delightful cafes and restaurants (eg Thai Orchid) in the local area. The unit is allocated a secure undercover carpark. The Springwood Bus Station is a convenient place to catch buses to the city, Hyperdome or the train station.
