Semi-detached apartment of 100m2 located in the hilly area of Tellaro, in an exclusive setting among greenery, olive groves and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Gulf of Poets. The village of Tellaro and the sea can be reached in a few minutes, through a staircase that goes down the hill. To access the property, once you arrive at the entrance to the village of Tellaro (In front of the restaurant/ pizzeria "Il delfino") continue on the left, along the uphill road that leads to the cemetery and public parking of the country, follow the road for about 300 meters, until just before the last climb to the cemetery, you will find on the right the entrance to a private road reserved for residents, access to this road and continue for another 200 meters, pass the houses, then a series of car boxes, a steep climb through a hill of olive trees and finally a descent. The parking lot is a large forecourt overlooking the sea, on the right at the end of the descent. Your parking lot is the last on the right: "NATHAN" From the car park you can reach the structure through a staircase and a short path inside the common garden. In case you have 2 cars there are 2 options: Public parking (Available) at 300 meters , daily 10,00euro - weekly 50,00euro On request private parking is possible about 500 meters from the hotel with shuttle service (1 run) included, from the parking to the structure. Payment of tourist tax is made at check-in in cash WI-FI is not available in the property. In the village you will find several bars that offer this service for free.
