Quietly situated farmhouse, 8 pers

Only reservations for a minimum of 5 days!!!! Le Vert is a comfortable farmhouse in the Auvergne, very quietly situated at 5 km. from the nearest little village in a hilly landscape. An agrarian area, where small flocks of cows enrich the landscape. There is one neighbour house at 100m, a vacation home of a dutch teachers-couple. A few farms at about 1 km. A spacy house with 5 sleepingrooms ( 3 twopersons beds, 2 oneperson beds), kitchen with a big table ( 8 persons), living room, two bathrooms, a very spacy barn with at the end of it a big gardenroom ( 5x 9m), with possibility to play movies on a big screen. Choise of more then 100 movies. Also a lot of boardgames available Above the garden room there is a "stage" (also 5x9m) with a tabletennistable. There is no central heating, but there are soap stone .stoves. you will find more then enough wood for free in the storrage. There is a child's bed and a baby chair. the farm is situated on a terrain of 2000 m2, but behind the hedges the lovely the sloping landscape, with little droves on it, goes on and on. Guests have excess to the whole farm When there are guests we will not be around. Friends of us who are living nearby will show the guests around. An ideal environment if you are looking for a retreat in a very quiet and beautifull hilly and agrarian environment. Lakes with little beaches at Saint Gervais (15 min.) and Saint Eloy (25 min.) You can go canoeing on the Sioul through beautifull gorges (25 min.) Cities: Montlucon with an interesting old center at 40 min., Clermont Ferrand at 55 min. and Vichy 60min. Saint Pourcain, the center of the oldest French wineregion, at 40 min. You cannot reach our house by public transport, you'll need a car It is a great environment for cycling if you have a good condition or a E-bike. On your cycling trips you will only see a few cars, which are very carefull with cyclists.
