Superb and unique 5 bedroom family home with large garden ( trampoline table, tennis). Tucked away from any street noise but still right in the centre of Penryn, within 3 min walking distance to shops and other amenities. Ample parking and access from the public car park at the bottom of our garden. The heart of our house is a 200 year old cornish cottage, renovated in 2017 into a spacious family home including a 50 square metre attic with panoramic views. Our guests can use the entire house and garden, including table tennis and outdoor shower for wetsuits/ dogs etc. We have super fast fibre internet connection, brand new appliances, and all mod cons. Very large outdoor patio which gets lots of sun in the morning and afternoon. Our guest can use the whole house apart from the study (not pictured) which will hold our personal belongings and will be locked. Our guest are more than welcome to use all the kitchen facilities and essentials including spices for cooking etc. , they can read any of our books during their stay, make use of our collection of board games and if they have kids they are welcome to play with any of the toys including bicycles scooters and kids books. Because it is not possible for us to be present to greet our guests personally access to the house will be provided via a coded key lock. We will be reachable by phone and email and will send a friend around if any problems occur. On top of that we have a great relationship with our neighbours who are really nice and helpful. Penryn is one the oldest towns in Cornwall, with a historic and charming town centre and museum. The front entrance of our house leads through a walkway directly onto Penryn high street, with a small supermarket, post office, pubs, shops, bakery, Indian take away and fish and chips shops all within 3 min walking distance. The garden leads directly on to the public car park. Penryn features beautiful walks to Flushing along the Fal estuary, and through ancient woods to local lakes. Falmouth is 3km away, with its beautiful beaches, public swimming pool, National Maritime Museum and great shopping and dining options. Cornwall is best explored by car. There is a public car park at the bottom of our garden which is only free to use on Sundays. From Monday till Saturday they charge £0.60 / hour , £2/2hours, £3.20/3 hours, £4.30/4 hours, £4.70/ 24hours or £28.20/week.
