The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage Vigan/Spanish style with capiz shell windows, brick walls and cathedral ceiling. San Pablo City with the famous 7 lakes is ten minutes away, Hidden Valley Spring Resort is also ten minutes way. SM Market and Pure Gold department stores are close by. Mt. Malarayat and Summit Point golf courses and Villa Escudero resort are less than half an hour away. Air conditioned buses to Manila and to Lucena City and Bicol provinces are available 24/7. Sampaloc Lake in San Pablo City has a 2 1/2 Km walking and bike road. Good restaurants and eateries are abundant in San Pablo City. Because of its architecture, the house is considered a landmark structure in Alaminos, Laguna. People are amazed when they see what the interior looks like.
