Casa Isabella is in a quiet location and is a beautiful and stylishly furnished 3-room flat in Muralto/Orselina. Casa Isabella has a covered terrace with great views of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a communal laundry room is available with washing machine and dryer. Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons Room layout: Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to the terrace. There is a second bedroom, a self-contained kitchen, and a bathroom with WC. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Isabella. Smoking is not allowed in Casa Isabella. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Casa Isabella has one private parking spot in the garage. Access to the garage is down a steep and narrow ramp/driveway and is not recommended for big cars. PLEASE NOTE: Due to various reasons, including the risk of electrical short circuits, the charging of hybrid or electric cars at the electrical sockets in the garage is NOT allowed. Casa Isabella is fully equipped with, amongst others: TV, Cablecom Digital TV or Bluewin TV (incl. all German-language channels), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
