Why stay on lower floors when you can stay at the Penthouse floor? Fully furnished One Bedroom Condo located on the Lower Penthouse (LP) floor of the Breeze Residences. Overlooking Manila Bay with a view of the world-famous Manila Bay sunset along Roxas Blvd. LP has its own lobby. Very close to the Cultural Center, the World Trade Center, the US Embassy (2 mi.), and Mall of Asia,(3 mi) . Only 4 miles from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL). 5 miles from Makati Financial District. Due to Covid, the condo management requires the following, 2 days before arrival: 1. Accomplishment of Health and Travel History Declaration Form (We will provide for you to fill out) 2. Copy of medical certificate of good health condition for Guest/s or Visitor/s that will be coming within the Philippines. (Most likely, from the Municipal Health Officer or from your barangay) 3. FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS: Copy of COVID-19 negative test result within 14 days for Guest/s or Visitor/s with international travel history for the past 14 days. In addition, the age limit of the guests is 15-65. They also have limited the number of guests to 4 which includes non-staying guests. The condo office is closed after Noon on Saturday and will not be open until 9 am on Monday morning. If you plan to swim, please let us know ahead of time so we can purchase the ticket for you ahead of time.
