Unique houseboat with beautiful view + bikes

Enjoy a unique experience on this beautiful houseboat! Beautiful views, 5' bike ride to the historic centre of Alkmaar, 35' to Amsterdam by train/car. Fully equipped, accommodates 4 adults, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower and bath (with view), kitchen, living room, terrace and small garden. Central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi/WLAN and int. TV stations, free parking at the door, 2 bikes, dogs welcome -on request, dog fee €25 to be paid at arrival. Boat on request €25 per day. The boat has a nice lay-out with a kitchen next to the the dining table and a connecting living room. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a sink, a bath and a toilet. Downstairs in the hall is another toilet and the second bedroom with 2 separate beds. This room also has a sink, a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. You also have 2 terraces to enjoy the sun and we recommend a coffee on the balcony during the sunrise! Most of the communication will go through my mother but I will be available for contact as well. I run the boats rental "Alkmaarse Bootjes Verhuur" located in the Geestersingel of Alkmaar. Most of the time, especially if the weather permits, I will be there so always feel free to pass by and have a chat! You will have the boats rental information available at your arrival. Walking along the same street of Artois you reach the hart of city center at 1500 meters. There are plenty of boats and boathouses on your way, a typical Dutch ambiance! The view from the boat is beautiful as you look out over the water and nature on one side. On the other side there is some industry but this part is blocked by the walls. Take the bike if you want to go for a longer tour! If you're coming by public transport we will try our best to pick you up at Alkmaar train station. The bus from the train station will leave you at 4’ walk from Artois.
