A central location, walking distance into the City centre but also on a frequent reliable bus route.Off road parking for up to 3 Cars. The house has a lounge area that seats 6, a large very well equipt kitchen diner with wall mounted flat screen Freeview TV and patio doors leading onto a large decking area with seating for 6. Lounge area, Cable TV, DVD etc. Good Wifi in all areas of the house, downstairs wc, seperate shower and bathroom (URL HIDDEN) price is an "all in price", no extra's, however,I have found I need to ask for a £200 damage deposit, refundable as soon as the house has been cleaned following departure. All Linen and towels provided. Children and Pets are very welcome Smoking in outside areas only please. We want you to remember your stay with us for all the right reasons so, if you want it, just ask..we will do our best to oblige! I am available 24/7 to resolve any problems that may arise and happy to spend as much time with guests as they require. I hope they will be comfortable and treat the house as home for the duration of their stay. The neighbourhood is a friendly one with an abundance of shops all within a short distance. A pub next door that is busy during the day, very quiet in the evenings, and in the 20 years I have lived in this area, never had any cause to complain. Some of my guests have recommended the pints served, others buy rounds and bring them back to sup whilst barbequeing! Parking for 2 cars at the front of the house. St Thomas train station is within 10 minutes walk. There is a regular bus service every 10 minutes from just round the corner , dropping you back just outside the house. Why not try Bicycle hire for your stay? All I ask is that you leave it as you find it. I live part time in the basement flat and occasionally have friendly dogs stay over which works well as am available 24/7 to resolve any problems that may arise. I am more than happy to spend as much time with guests as they require, although also respect their privacy. I would like them to be comfortable and treat the house as home for the duration of their stay. St Thomas offers a variety of food shops without having to drive including a family Butcher and Baker. A wide selection of Takeaways , a Fitness centre / Swimming pool and Horse riding.
