Mediterranean Melville Granny Flat

Our guesthouse is located at the rear of our own home and is close to Fremantle (7.5km) and Perth City (15km) with main bus routes to both only a 5 mins away. There are local cafes and shops just a 20 min stroll away. You’ll love my place because it's self-contained, bright, airy and spacious and looks directly out onto the tropical pool (which you are welcome to use). We are centrally located to both Fremantle and Perth City, we are just a 20-30 minute bus ride away. Perfect for a comfortable 14-day self-isolation during your quarantine period. Our self-contained guesthouse (Granny flat) has its own front door for your privacy, yet attached to our house if you need us. It has a real Mediterranean feel to it with its white-washed walls (hence the name) and it arguably has the best view in the house, onto the tropical pool. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and also a very comfy double sofa bed in the lounge. There are also side tables and a very large wardrobe in the bedroom that leads onto the newly renovated shower room which also has a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge-freezer, electric hob, bench top oven grill, microwave, toaster and kettle. The lounge/dining/kitchen has a breakfast bar, dining table and seats for four and a TV, DVD player, Wii games system and free WiFi. There is air conditioning in the main room and fans throughout. Towels and bed linen are included. You will access the Granny flat through your own side gate and front door and the entire flat is private and separate to the house. You are welcome to use the pool which you will share with the family. COVID19 Self-isolation restrictions - if you are self isolating in the flat to quarantine I'm afraid you will not be able to access the pool area as this is a shared area. We are happy to offer any advice on the local area if required, but will let you have your own space if you need it. Melville is the best suburb in Perth! It is a really friendly community with great local shops and restaurants and is very close to the city and Fremantle for a day or night out. It is a short walk to bus routes on Marmion Street or Canning Highway that will take you directly to Fremantle of the City of Perth. Our granny flat is located just a 13 minute drive away from the Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch, or 40 minutes by public transport. We are 20 mins from Perth International/Domestic Airports, and 20 mins from the City of Perth.
