A comfortable and well appointed self contained gite. The 6 person let is a private major portion of a fully restored 18thC cottage built using the traditional materials of wood and stone. Fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, on site parking and use of extensive gardens, tennis court, shared pool (with any other guests) and boules pitch. Barbecues permitted on the grounds and pets very welcome The property sits in the gently rolling vineyards of the Gaillacois in southwest France. This is an historic area with a number of medieval bastide towns and villages, including Cordes sur Ciel, St Antonin Noble Val and Castelnau de Montmiral. We are close to both the Tarn and Aveyron rivers which offer marvellous canoeing, picnics and just messing about. The Gresigne forest is the oldest oak forest in France and offers wonderful nature treks and cycling. There are golf courses within 30 minutes.
