It has also: - everything for cooking at home - fridge; - air-conditioner, - Internet WI - FI; - satellite TV Distance from beach is 100 m and famous Sveti Stefan is 15 minutes walk trough the royal park of Milocer. Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 14:00h, and check out will be at 10:00h. Tourists are required to pay city tax which is 0.8 euro for person per day. Confirmation of tourist tax is shown at the border when leaving the country. We are five minutes from lovely fisherman village Przno with an array of restaurants and cafes. Beautiful beaches nearby are Maestral beach, Kamenovo beach and Stijene beach. Bus station is less than 100m from apartment , and bus to Budva runs every 15 minutes. If you are coming by plane to Tivat airport (TIV) or Podgorica airport (TGD) or by train (Bar, Podgorica), there is a possibility to organize transfer to Przno, for appropriate fee. There are public parking areas nearby however we cannot guarantee the parking spot (if you need to have a parking, please advise of it while making the booking and we will organize this priority as well). Przno is located in the vicinity of the number of places we warmly recommend our guests to visit: - Famous St Stefan, now run by renowned Aman Resorts - Monastery Praskvica - Old Town of Budva, one of the oldest settlement on the Eastern Coast of Adriatic - UNESCO protected Perast and Kotor in the magical Boka Bay - Skadar Lake, Old Royal Capital - Cetinje, Monastery Ostrog are the perfect ideas for the day out. These are just to name the few to paint the picture of Montenegro being the small country with numerous cultural, historical, gastronomical and natural wonders just at its fingertips.
