It catches the sun from morning til night! Electricity & Hot Water 24 hours a day. Trash pick up and WIFI & a comfy sofa. Cleaning once per month (additional cost of $15). Also you should be a professional person or be working full time here or a dedicated student please. It has 2 single separate bedrooms in this apartment, to accommodate just 1 person per room, so you will essentially have access to the entire apartment and will have your own large built-in wooden wardrobe and a proper comfortable wooden single bed. 1 room to rent & I live in the other room! Ideally you will be looking for a long term rent :) I know Beirut & Lebanon very well & am happy to let you know where to go and what to enjoy around Beirut city and beyond to the mountains and sea side resorts! Monot in Achrafieh is the perfect place to stay for months or indeed longer. It used to the be 'The Place' to go out in Beirut about 10 years ago, so now its has all the facilities but is much quieter at night. Though there are still many lovely restaurants here and busy bars down the other end of the street with Live Bands playing every night of the week! We are 10 minutes walk to Downtown and Achrafieh / Sassine Square / Gemmayzeh / Sodeco / National Museum & just 5-10 mins in a cab to Hamra, so you will be in the most central location possible! It's very close to all available modes of transport. The terrace is amazing with amazing views - unlike most other apartments in Beirut. Totally unique & perfect in Summer!
