Cosy granary conversion on a working farm.

My place is close to Dover and Folkestone for easy access to the continent. It is close to Canterbury & all its associated history. It has in the local area family-friendly activities & Howletts Zoo. My cottage is situated in our working farm and has stunning rural views. The cottage has comfy beds and is very cosy. It has views of the fields containing our sheep and ponies as well as the quaint kitchen. Our cottage is good for couples, sole guests, business travellers, & families (with kids). You will arrive at the Granary as you drive through the farm yard past the main farm house. Park by the garage and proceed through the enclosed back garden to the entrance of the Granary. The garden and granary are all yours to enjoy. There are walks around the local fields and through the village. You will have full and sole access to the Granary. I live in the farmhouse next door and will be on hand if needed. However, we do let the guests decide how much contact they require. I live in the main house so will be around most of the time. You will see myself and my family working on the farm. We are happy to help and make you feel welcome. If you want anything particular let us know and we will try to arrange. Our Granary is in a rural area between Canterbury and Dover. Ideal stopover when travelling to the continent. Folkestone and the tunnel is close by. Canterbury is 20 mins away with all its historic activities. Sandwich and it’s golf courses are also only a short drive away. We live in a very rural location so a car is ideal. We do have a local taxi driver who can pick you up and drop you off. We have had walkers and cyclists staying who have enjoyed the cosy break to their journeys. This is on a working farm so the animals will make noise. They will also make fresh eggs and milk but that's not all the time. Please be aware there will be animals and machinery around. Additionally, as it is a working farm more than 4 adult guests violates our insurance unless previous stated. We have farm insurance for 4 adults in the granary. More than that invalidates our insurance if not cleared with the company in advance. Please do not bring additional guests back.
