Calm, spacious ensuite near Southmead Hosp. 1 or 2

My home is in a quiet residential street close to; Southmead Hospital, Green space, Public sports centre with pool, local pubs, UWE, Airbus, MOD, Rolls Royce. A bus ride to City Centre and transport links including airport bus. Welcome to couples, singles, business travellers, and families (with kids). Plenty of local eating options or cook your own. Bathroom private as ensuite if no -one in my other air bnb room (a single with a space for put up bed so families welcome).Ideal for the hospital This lovely double room,priced at single occupancy or with extra guest, is part of a brand new extension and so is freshly decorated and everything about it is new - windows, radiator, bathroom, carpet! The street in which we live is a quiet residential street but is very near to most needs. Its an ideal place to stay if you need to visit Southmead Hospital for an appointment, work or to visit someone. Can park on the drive if you need to. Can lock a bike away if you need to. Anytime use (within reason) of kitchen diner and TV lounge, also garden. If you need to smoke you can do so there. The bathroom is accessible from your room - no bath - shower only and if no other guest then its for your sole use. I am self employed and work from home quite a bit so I'm likely to be around to assist you in any way I can. A nice area to live - a quiet street in a vibrant interesting historic city. Bristol has lots to offer - loads of lovely restaurants, Bristol university and University of the West of England (UWE), cycle routes, green space, a harbour. Its easy to travel to Bristol - M4 , M5 , 1.5 hrs by rail from London, an airport, plenty of buses. My home is close to Bristol Rovers Football Ground and Gloucestershire County Cricket ground - both walking distance. We also have Bristol Rugby and Bristol City football in the city. Lots of buses to city centre and other places. Airport bus from City centre. Temple Meads Station 70 or 71 bus along Gloucester Road Parkway Station - 73 - along Filton Ave 75 and 76 into Centre and others to UWE and Bristol University You can use the washing machine for a small charge of £4. Happy to have children to stay in addition to 2 sharing the double bed. I have 2 single fold away beds and can locate one in the room. We can find some space for the second which is suitable if its needed. £10 for each one used per night. I also have a single room available through Air bnb - quiet garden view single. [Note - no children under 2 years of age please].
