Nice semi-detached house in a pleasant hilly area, just 800 m from the city of Camaiore. The exterior is completely fenced and equipped for outdoor breakfast and lunch and has an above ground pool where you can relax on summer days. The location of the house allows you to reach in a few minutes shops and at the same time be far from the city traffic. Just 8 km from here are the beaches of Lido di Camaiore with equipped bathing establishments, pizzerias, restaurants and a long sea promenade with an amazing view over the coast. Here is picturesque pier extending for 285 m into the sea, at its end is a bar where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif. Just 2 km by car is the characteristic Valle del torrente Candalla, an evocative place with waterfalls and natural pools of cold and clear water, all this immersed in dense vegetation. Following an uphill "marked" path you can reach in about 25 minutes Casoli, the village of graffiti, with real works of art reproduced on the house walls. In Viareggio (11 km) you will find bathing establishments, a beautiful promenade with shops and restaurants, from here it is also possible to take the ferry to reach the Cinque Terre, the charming villages in Liguria that are part of the UNESCO heritage sites and considered one of the most evocative Italian coastal attractions.
