South Ayrshire Accomodation

Rowantree Cottage is situated in the village of Loans on the edge of Troon , the home of the famous Royal Troon GolfCourse. Rowantree Cottage is next door to the village pub/ restaurant -The Old Loans Inn, which serves good food from breakfast to dinner. The room sleeps upto two people, it has one king size bed. The bathroom is ensuite and contains a large bath , separate electric shower , washbasin and WC. There is a wardrobe available for clothes storage and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Iron and ironing board available upon request. There is a downstairs guest lounge with large TV and guests are more than welcome to use the garden seating areas Myself or my husband David will be there to meet you on arrival and available to answer any queries. The village of Loans is 1 mile from the gorgeous sea side town of Troon and 5miles from Prestwick airport . The village has a regular bus service running into Troon and the local towns of Ayr and Kilmarnock . This room and lounge are a separate annex to the main house accessed via the back door allowing for complete privacy . Car parking is available on our private driveway or if more convenient cars can be left in the pub car park. The Old Loans in has a fabulous restaurant which serves excellent food from breakfast through to dinner.
