Cozy duplex of 95m2 located in an exotic area in front of the famous national park of the calanques, between sea, creeks and hill. The particularity of the madrague district is his little harbor with fisherman. You will find 4 lovely restaurants as well as local stores. The appartment is situated in a little building divided in 4 part. Our habitation is a duplex (95m2) with the kitchen in front of an exterior courtyard which is a common area. We take naturally advantage of it every day as you can chill, lunch or dinner (long chair, hamac, barbecue). Just notice that we have to enjoy it according to the respect of the neighbours, avoid noise late, so no party. The flat, 1st floor we have got the main bathroom, a separated toilet and all the rooms : - The parental room with double bed including private shower. - A room with bunk bed - An other one with double bed in mezzanie - The entrance is dedicated to the office The ground floor is dedicated to the living space with the TV saloon, the fireplace and then the kitchen full equiped. But starting to spring season up to automn your living space will be the courtyard of course ! There is two entrance, the main one from madrague avenue (1st floor access) and a second one trough a little impasse (ground floor access trough the courtyard) We will try to make ourselves available as much as possible. If we are far away we will give you contact for any kind of need. The madrague district is one of the many villages that make up the city of Marseille. Its heart is this small typical port which offers charming strolls at sunset. Its particularity is to still welcome some of the rare fishermen of Marseille today. In the neighborhood you will find a few local shops and above all some famous dishes! Parking : there is no private parking but you will find many free places to park your car all around the accomodation. Otherwise you have a bus stop just in front of the house, the terminal is about 50m further. Also you can catch the sea shuttle form la Pointe-rouge to access the city center, an original way to discover Marseille from the sea (from end of avril to end of september)
